High output through flexibility
Due to a fully automated production process, the output of fences is very high. In addition, the machine is extremely flexible due to low changeover times. The machine does not have to be shut down and rebuilt when changing the type of fence. Do you want your own nameplate on the fence? That is no problem. That too is arranged in the production process of the machine.
‘State of the art’ welding technology
The manufacturing process uses state-of-the-art welding technology (SmartWeld) to weld the construction fence frame together. By sending a high current through the tubes, the material is fused together to form a sturdy frame without any additional material being added. This technique ensures that the chance of cracking or breaking the weld is virtually non-existent.

Force test
Each fence is subject to a force test in the production process where the machine pulls the frame apart at the corner points with a force of 500 kg. Should a fence fall apart, the parameter can be easily adjusted so that this does not happen with the next fence.
Wide choice of temp panels
The welding machine makes all standard construction fences. By standard we mean panels consisting of pre-galvanized tubes and a steel mesh. Our post-galvanized fences are made by hand. In the range of "standard panel" there is a wide range of possibilities. You can easily choose an extra tube, corner bracket or different mesh.
